Chinese pharma giant pumps $350m into dormant Irish entity

Wuxi AppTec, the Chinese pharma giant, has pumped almost $350 million into a dormant Irish entity.

The cash injection into Wuxi Atu (Ireland) Holding Limited has come following a declaration in 2023 by the directors of the firm that they were preparing to wind up the entity.

A new filing with the Companies Registration Office shows that a Hong Kong-based subsidiary of Wuxi AppTec injected $348 million in cash into Wuxi Atu (Ireland) Holding Limited ...
