A Chinese millionaire has issued fresh High Court proceedings in his legal battle with an Irish company that raises funds through the state’s immigrant investor programme (IIP).

Diankai Wang, who has an address in Shenyang in China, is suing Colm Wu, a Dublin-based owner of a sizeable portfolio of hotels and pubs, and Bo Vision Holdings, court documents show.
