Central Bank staff voice concern over regulator’s strategy

Employees at the Central Bank of Ireland have raised concerns over the regulator’s strategy, as well as its ability to improve workplace practices, according to an internal survey seen by the Business Post.

Only 43 per cent of staff who took part in a recent survey run by the bank – which employs more than 2,000 people – responded positively to a question about whether they understood its plan to achieve its goals.
