C&C Group gets a round in with €15 million buyback
The buyback will commence on 1 March and is part of a wider plan to return €150 million to shareholders over the next three years
C&C Group, owners of the Tennent’s, Five Lamps and Bulmers Ireland brands, plans to buy €15 million of its shares as the board confirmed its confidence in the company’s medium-term outlook.
The buyback, which will be conducted by broker Davy, will begin on 1 March and end no later than 30 June, subject to market conditions.
