Kai Dai, one of Ireland’s largest cash-for-visa brokers, is looking to raise €100 million to launch a new national flag carrier airline for Slovenia, the Business Post can reveal.
Documents seen by this newspaper show that Kai, through his company Kylin Prime, is working on the early stages of a major airline investment with a firm called Knighthood Global, which is headed by former president and chief executive of Etihad Aviation Group.
