The businessman who has is awaiting sentencing for false financial reporting has said that he made an error in filing in Florida as he was not resident long enough
Illann Power, the Irish businessman who pleaded guilty to false financial reporting in March, is applying to dismiss his voluntary bankruptcy proceedings in Florida.
Power wrote last week to his bankruptcy trustee to notify them that he would be making a motion to dismiss his bankruptcy petition.
