CapVest acquires Karro Food Group for £180 million

The Yorkshire-based pork supply giant has annual sales of more than £500 million

Funds advised by CapVest Partners, the private equity firm founded by Seamus FitzPatrick, have acquired British pork supply giant Karro Food Group which has annual sales of over £500 million (€577 million).

Capvest did not disclose the price it paid for the business which was formerly controlled by private equity firm Endless. Industry sources have valued Karro at over £180 million. The deal will see the Karro management team, including its executive chair ...
