Cairn Homes set to post record profits for 2023 and forecasts double-digit growth this year
The listed homebuilding company said it has a forward order book for 2,350 homes and expected revenues of more than €900 million
Cairn Homes, the listed Irish home builder, delivered a record performance in 2023 as strong demand for housing continues to drive sales and profitability in the group.
Announcing a trading update to investors on Tuesday, Cairn Homes said it estimates full year revenue for 2023 will be in the region of €665 million, which will be up almost 8 per cent on the €617 million in sales the company posted for 2022.
