Cairn Homes chief Michael Stanley sees share value rise €10m in 2023

The share price of Cairn Homes has soared since the start of 2023 granting the founder huge returns

Shares in Cairn Homes have skyrocketed since the start of 2023 and a big beneficiary is co-founder and chief executive Michael Stanley, whose holdings have increased by €10 million in value.

The finding comes as the company said it estimates full year revenue for 2023 will be in the region of €665 million, which will be up almost 8 per cent on the €617 million in sales the company posted for 2022.

At the beginning of 2023 Cairn was trading at €0.85 per share and after a positive year, with a particularly strong third quarter, shares in the company hit €1.406 on Tuesday.
