Cairn Homes, the listed homebuilder, has appointed a new chief financial officer, who will take up the role from early April.
On Tuesday, Cairn Homes announced it has appointed Richard Ball as its new chief financial officer, who joins the company from Urbeo Residential, one of the country’s largest residential property businesses. He will succeed Cairn’s current chief financial officer Shane Doherty, who announced his intention to step down in October last year.
