Builders ordered to name ESB staff in alleged corrupt payments case
Richmond Homes and Arkmount Construction must also provide state-owned electricity company with amount and date of payments
Developers have been ordered to provide the ESB with the names of any individuals who demanded or received allegedly corrupt payments to expedite electrical work on building sites.
Richmond Homes and Arkmount Construction have also been told to provide the state-owned electricity company with details of the amount of each payment made and the date it was made.
The decision was made in a judgment handed down by Mr Justice Conor Dignam late last week.
