* USC cut from 4.5 per cent to 4 per cent

*New €100 billion wealth fund and smaller €14bn infrastructure fund

* A mortgage tax break worth up to €1,250

* Three €150 energy credits for households

* Employee PAYE and earned income tax credits each hiked by €100

* The Help-to-Buy scheme extended until 2025

* Landlords tax break with income of €3,000 taxed at 20 per cent in 2024

* Rent tax credit raised from €500 to €750

* Mortgage interest relief for one year capped at €1,250

* New capital gains tax relief for angel investors in start-up SMEs

* Social welfare increases of €12 per week

* Minimum wage to increase by €1.40 to €12.70
