Businesses to benefit from €1.25bn in energy supports

A new €1.25 billion temporary energy support scheme for businesses is set to be introduced, the government has announced.

The move was among a number of changes for business owners, including a €200 million state aid scheme for those affected by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, a €1.2 billion credit guarantee scheme and a €500 million low cost loan scheme.
