Agreement with Waterland will enable Bellew to turbocharge its growth, the firm said
Bellew Electric, an Irish electrical wholesaler with three outlets in the Republic of Ireland and one in the North, has been acquired by Dutch private equity group Waterland.
The multi-million euro deal will help the firm to turbocharge its expansion, it said, having grown to be one of the largest such chains in the country. The exact sum of the agreement has not been disclosed.
