A Dominican Republic-based millionaire, who was sentenced to prison for tax evasion, has been given the go-ahead to build hundreds of homes and student flats in Ireland.
Earlier this year, DW Raheen Developments Limited applied to An Bord Pleanála for permission to build 202 houses and 182 apartments in Ballykeefe in Raheen, Co Limerick.
