Bartra Wealth Advisors, the immigration arm of the Bartra Group, is in a race to raise millions of euro before the final closure of the state’s controversial cash-for-visa programme.

The immigrant investor programme (IIP), which was set up as a scheme for wealthy individuals to make investments in Ireland in exchange for visas, was shut down by the government in February, with a deadline of May to have all outstanding applications submitted.
