Bank of Ireland lures London banker John Feeney to lead real estate and project finance teams

Feeney previously held senior roles in Lloyds Banking Group, Henderson Global Investors and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Bank of Ireland has hired Mizuho Bank executive John Feeney as its newly created Head of Property, Project & Asset-backed Finance.

Feeney, the current head of European banking with Mizuho, will be responsible for Bank of Ireland’s real estate and project finance teams.

He will also lead the Bank of Ireland Finance division, the largest provider of car finance in Ireland.
