Bank of Ireland chair Patrick Kennedy moves to Jazz Pharmaceuticals
Former Flutter chief will be an independent director and serve on the pharma’s audit committee
Patrick Kennedy, the reigning chair of Bank of Ireland, has taken on a new executive position at Nasdaq-listed Jazz Pharmaceuticals.
Kennedy, who is stepping down from BoI later this year, will serve as an independent director and on the audit committee. Dublin-headquartered Jazz Pharmaceuticals is undergoing a board refresh with four of the 12 appointed in the past five years.
