Bank of Ireland can make offer to woman who claims it gave ATM data to her 'stalker’ father

Bank of Ireland has been granted leave by the High Court to make a settlement offer, without any admission of liability, to a woman who alleges that it allowed her estranged father to stalk her using confidential banking data.
