Susan Brown has been appointed by Bank of Ireland to a newly created role of head of strategic transformation and operations for the bank’s corporate and commercial banking division.

Brown has over two decades of experience with Bank of Ireland. Her most recent role prior to this new appointment was as interim chief operating officer of corporate banking.
