A County Kildare man has lodged High Court proceedings against An Bord Pleanála over its decision to give Diageo the green light for a €200 million brewery in Newbridge.
John Lynch, from Athy, lodged papers in the High Court last week seeking to quash an ABP decision regarding plans for brewery set to operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
