Aran Woollen Mills to launch consumer website and add 50 jobs in expansion plan
Mayo-based family company is due to be have a second manufacturing facility up and running in the area later this year
Aran Woollen Mills, which manufactures a range of clothing including the famous Aran jumper, is launching its first direct-to-consumer website this month.
The Mayo-based family company is embarking on a number of expansions, Vincent Hughes, the owner, said.
The company employs 100 people in Mayo, with plans to add a further 50 jobs over the next year.
