Allow developers to convert Dublin offices into co-living units, says Grayling Properties boss

The ban on co-living should be relaxed to allow empty offices to be converted into shared accommodation, the head of Grayling Properties, one of Ireland’s biggest rental developers, has said.

Peter Horgan, managing director of Grayling, said allowing buildings to be converted to co-living would help rental developers to compete with hotel and student accommodation investors for city centre buildings.
