AIB’s chief executive Colin Hunt said he is expecting the commercial real estate market to “stabilise” by the end of 2024.

Speaking after the bank’s annual general meeting on Thursday, Hunt said the value of commercial real estate “responds quickly in a liquid market to changes of expected yields”.
