The estate of Dolores O’Riordan has been unsuccessful its attempt to move a personal injuries case taken against the late Cranberries singer by a flight attendant to the Circuit Court.

Carmel Coyne, a former senior cabin crew member with Aer Lingus, alleges that O’Riordan, who died in 2018, “stamped” on her foot while wearing a platform heeled boot. The incident occurred in November 2014 and proceedings were initiated in 2017.
