Adults living with parents in one in ten Irish households

One in ten households in Ireland have at least one adult aged between 25 to 34 still living with their parents, new research has shown.

A report by the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI), which assessed household size in Ireland relative to other European countries, said the country’s number of adult’s living with their parents has “rapidly increased” in recent years.
