London accountancy firm Azets snaps up Irish financial services group

The deal will double the company’s headcount as all staff will transfer over

PKF O'Connor, Leddy & Holmes, the Dublin and Waterford-based financial services group, has been acquired by accountancy firm Azets Ireland for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition will double the size of Azets Ireland, which first entered the Irish market in 2023 following the acquisition of Baker Tilly.
