Accenture ups opening offer in latest round of redundancies

After backlash in March, consultancy firm proposes 'significantly better’ initial deal for employees affected by new series of lay-offs

Accenture has presented hundreds of workers affected by its latest round of job cuts with a significantly better opening redundancy offer than that given to workers laid off in its first round of lay-offs earlier this year, the Business Post has learned.

The consultancy giant recently launched its second round of mass redundancies this year, laying off 890 workers after announcing more than 400 job cuts in March.
