79% of Irish public believe climate change should be top priority for government

More than 80% of people in Ireland are worried about climate change, while three quarters of the public think extreme weather poses a “moderate or high risk” to their community over the next 10 years, a report shows.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published initial results from the second wave of its Climate Change In The Irish Mind project (CCIM).
