Doireann Barrett is on a one-woman mission to provide a broader range of gluten free food to people in Ireland. Having set up The Gluten Free Kitchen in Tralee in 2011, Barrett has developed the business to have a range of over 30 products and aims to continue growing the options available to her customers.
