State mulls how to deliver a renewed GPO and O’Connell Street worthy of their status
With An Post vacating its historic HQ, its future and that of Dublin’s main street is coming into sharp focus
Like much of the rest of Dublin’s O’Connell Street, the GPO needs a little more than a facelift.
