Respond signs up to deliver €2bn of affordable housing

The charity has signed heads of terms with developers to start construction on around 3,400 homes in the next year

Respond, the affordable housing association, has signed heads of terms with developers to deliver €2 billion worth of residential projects.

The deals will involve the charity and its development partners commencing construction on close to 3,400 new homes in the next year, half of which will be cost rental homes at 25 per cent below regular market rents.
