With the dust finally settling on Davy’s infamous Anglo bond deal, the stockbroking firm may well be hoping that the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) is in a forgiving mood.
Following the €4.1 million Central Bank fine, Davy shuttered its bond desk in June 2021 when the NTMA removed it from its panel of dealers and Euronext Dublin suspended it as a primary bond dealer.
