Pointy aims for significant US expansion

Pointy, the Dublin retail tech company, is aiming to be in 10 per cent of all small retailers in the US by the end of 2019, as part of a significant expansion across America.

The target comes on the back of the business securing partnerships with Square, Clover, and Lightspeed, according to Charles Bibby, co-founder of Pointy.

The firm, which raised $6 million in series A funding last year, has increased its staff from 15 to 26...
