Ireland pulls out all the stops for trade mission to ‘huge’ South Korean market

From the demilitarised zone dividing the Korean Peninsula to a tour of Seoul Racecourse, last week marked a new kind of trade mission.

Taoiseach Leo Varadkar, the enterprise minister, Simon Coveney, Charlie McConalogue, the agriculture minister, and Simon Harris, the higher education minister, visited South Korea in a high-level delegation that was part of an unprecedented effort to deepen trade links with the Asia-Pacific region.
