At the beginning of 2022, as pandemic restrictions were eased in Ireland, Paddy McKillen jr and Matt Ryan set their sights on a “blitz of building”.
In the wake of the financial crash, the pair behind Oakmount and Press Up had built a hospitality empire with some of the best-known venues in Ireland.
Four years ago, when pandemic restrictions kicked in, McKillen jr and Ryan had a number of developments on the go. And during the lockdowns, the pair continued to acquire properties that added more workload to their pipeline.
