‘It needed to be boutique’ – Ray Byrne and Eoin Doyle on their new €10m venue at Goffs

The pair have developed an equine-themed hotel in the bloodstock sales company grounds which will include a restaurant run by Derry and Sallyanne Clarke, formerly of L’Ecrivain

There are no prizes for guessing where The Club at Goffs, a new 50-bedroom, four-star hotel that will open on March 3, is located. Ray Byrne and Eoin Doyle’s latest project sits on the grounds of Ireland's leading bloodstock sales company in Co Kildare.
