Government refuses FOI request on letters to O’Brien

The Department of Finance has refused to release a series of letters that passed between it and the businessman Denis O’Brien earlier this year.

The media and telecoms mogul wrote to the Department of Finance on June 11, 2015. Over the next four months, 88 pages of documents were sent by the Department to O’Brien.
