Amoss expands remit with takeover of boutique law firm

Amoss Solicitors, the Dublin based commercial law firm, has acquired Kevin Mays Solicitors, a boutique defence and insured risk litigation practice.

Amoss employs 81 staff following the merger, an increase of ten people. Mays, a former rugby player who played on a team that drew with the All Blacks in 1973, is joining Amoss as one of its 12 partners. The firm was founded in May 2012 by Alan Adams, Daniel Murphy, John ...
