Robust market defies limited housing supply
Price growth in capital edges upwards while dearth of private rented and social housing fuels crisis
The second quarter of 2016 has seen a continuation of the relatively modest price growth experienced in Dublin over the last 18 months. Rising by 1.5 per cent in Q2, this increase represents the highest quarterly rise in residential property prices in the capital since the last quarter of 2014 and equates to an annual change of just 3 per cent in Dublin property prices over the last 12 months.
