Minister for Housing says laws on planning not fully “worked out”
New laws that would force developers to ‘use or lose’ large-scale housing planning permission have not been fully “worked out”, Minister for Housing Eoghan Murphy has said.
Last week, Murphy confirmed a new plan in which planning permission would lapse for fast-track housing developments if construction did not begin within 18 months.
