Ingredients, serves four as a starter

1kg beef mince

80g ‘nduja sausage

50g parsley, chopped

20g burrata

80g bucatini

For the sauce

650g plum tomatoes

5g garlic, peeled

150 basil

30g butter

Black pepper and 3g salt
