‘Nduja meatballs with bucatini pasta
Ingredients, serves four as a starter
1kg beef mince
80g ‘nduja sausage
50g parsley, chopped
20g burrata
80g bucatini
For the sauce
650g plum tomatoes
5g garlic, peeled
150 basil
30g butter
