This new Irish podcast from Dublin mams Sophie White and Jennifer O’Dwyer is essential listening for anyone who is a parent, and hilarious listening to anyone who isn’t. They’re only a couple of episodes in and have already covered post-baby sex, sleep deprivation and the all-important “how to get a baby out your gee”.
