Over the last year, a slow moving but sharp correction has taken hold in Ireland’s €50 billion commercial property market.

At times you would be forgiven for thinking nothing was happening at all, such was the lack of activity and data emanating from the sector, which has become less and less transparent in recent years following the privatisation of a number of listed Reits.
