3 tbsp honey

1 tsp pomegranate molasses (optional)

1 tbsp soy sauce

Half tbsp English mustard

Half tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp rapeseed oil

40g polenta

Bunch flat leaf parsley

2 pomegranates

For the mayo

4 yolks

1 pinch salt

30g English mustard

1tsp sherry vinegar

1tsp Worcester sauce
