What was your earliest ambition?

To win gold at school sports day.

Did your final year exams matter, in the end?

I studied A levels in Tyrone and had been accepted for NCAD before sitting my exams so I had my first choice for university. As I work in a creative area, exam results are not relevant.

What's a food that you associate with your childhood?

American pancakes. We had an electric frying pan, very ...
