New Irish Chamber Orchestra chief begins with Mozart dazzler Sinfonia Concertante

The dynamic Irish Chamber Orchestra (ICO) – always good for something extra special – steps into the new year with its recently appointed artistic director Thomas Zehetmair at the helm.
