Cellissimo, what a lovely word. I doubt if it’s an official term yet anywhere, and I suspect that few countries have included it in their encyclopaedias or spell-checks, but they should. It just rings aloud with the most wonderful sounds and the most brilliant musical possibilities. Like the instrument itself.

Personally, I have been aware of it for some time – ever since Music for Galway (MFG) coined it to describe a major feature event ...
