What’s the link between coffee and a healthy ocean? There isn’t one, really. But that hasn’t stopped avid scuba divers David and Marguerite Lawlor, co-founders of Watermark Coffee, from embarking upon an ambitious project to reseed Dublin Bay with oysters.
