Set in the gorgeous Waterford Gaeltacht around Ring, Rachael Moriarty and Peter Murphy’s tender shaggy dog comedy Róise & Frank introduces us to a middle-aged woman (Bríd Ní Neachtain) during the darkest period of her life.
